If you are dissatisfied with any product you buy from us, you may return it to us within 21 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping & handling charges. Item must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. All return shipping costs will be the Buyer’s responsibility. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. If the return is a result of our error, we’ll pay the return shipping cost.

Please be sure to contact us for a Return Authorization before sending merchandise back.   You must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 21 days of receipt of your order. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 14 days to return the item back to us. Your refund will be sent after the returned merchandise is received and verified to be in new condition.

Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition. To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number, item description and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we’ll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay.
